Standard Delivery Time: All orders take between 7 to 15 working days to be delivered to your physical address.
Working Days Defined: Working days refer strictly to Monday through Friday. This timeline excludes weekends and South African public holidays.
Processing Phase: This 7-to-15-day window includes order processing, strict quality control inspections, packaging, and handover to the courier.

2. Our Courier Partner: Aramex Store-to-Door

We use Aramex Store-to-Door Courier to deliver your orders nationwide across South Africa.

Physical Address Required: Aramex delivers directly to your residential or business address. Because a signature is required upon delivery, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites.
Regional & Main Hubs: While Aramex delivers to main metropolitan areas quickly, deliveries to outlying towns, plots, farms, or deep rural areas may take the full 15 working days.
